Light and Shadow. The driving force of the universe.  The Sun, the moon; The Masculine, and Feminine. 

If there was one thing that is common amongst all stories is the story of these 2 forces - both of which belonged to the same group but in differing poles.  

It is that which causes the tension, drama, understanding that each, though opposite, empower each other.  A grand story that's fascinating, mysterious and intriguing.

A definite subject I am drawn to understand more.  

What is in darkness that creates light, and what is in the light that creates darkness?  

Most times darkness have been misunderstood, however it is in these moments where we are more in tune with ourselves, in our thoughts in our truths, and it is where we can learn and grow the most.   It is in these shadows where germination and ideas come to life.  It is a neutral potential, and without it we will not be able to see light for what it is.

Light on the other hand, is formed, intentional, and structured energy; the physical manifestation of spirit, will and fire.  

There's a different frequencies of light, and in its lowest frequency, evil is birthed, and its highest frequency, it's heaven. 

And if there is one thing that I learned, that is intention or will is the deciding factor.  If the vector is evil, the output is evil; if it is good, the output is good.  And so the scent of the Bible verse is lifted, as it reflects perfectly the need for good thinking:  

Philippians 4:8

Brothers and sisters, think about the things that are good and worthy of praise. Think about the things that are true and honorable and right and pure and beautiful and respected.

To live in this practice, is a constant check and balance, catching self when one is slowly falling into the lower frequency of emotions such as hatred, guilt, shame, pity etc..  To see how my emotions are acting, and where my mind is going; To regulate information that I am consuming and to put in place strong and righteous principles and ideologies.  

And if we all live this way, we can create heaven in our minds, heaven in our body, heaven in our midst, heaven in our communities and heaven in our world.   And I think this is where we need to start; a renewal of the mind; an alchemy or transformation is in order.
